Address book part 2

Hurm. Well, after spending a bit more time, i’ve also found OpenID plugin’s for MovableType, both consumer (for logging in to leave comments) and server. Unfortunately, i can’t seem to get the server to work. So, for now i’m using the claimID service.

However, and more to the point, none of this solves my original problem, which was a lack of a shared address book. Its still looking like i’m going to have to get some kind of groupware setup and running - Kolab or one of its ilk. I said that “i want something more” in my previous post - well, i actually don’t. Sure, it would be great to live in the world of distributed everything, but i really just want this shit to work. I loose sight of that some times.

So, off i go to google to figure out how to get this server working on Ubuntu. (Note to self: create a testing box before trying to get this working on your production server)

I’ll let you know how it goes.
